Mental Health Therapist

 Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, etc.) desired for this position. Unlicensed considered with the right experience and close to licensure completion. CAC II/ CAC III/LAC a bonus. Bilingual a plus but not required.


POSITION:

There is one full-time position providing intakes, evaluations, mental health therapy, life skills training (ex: money management, daily schedule and structure, activities of daily living, etc.), and therapeutic supervised visitation between parent(s) and their child(ren). Other services provided to clients may include: Adventure Based Therapy, College Student Support, Job Coaching, Specialized Mentoring, ABA Therapy, Foster Care Forums, Play Based Therapy, Case Management and Equine Assisted Therapy.


 Clients are served in Douglas, Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson, and Adams Counties so travel to these areas is required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBA - professional board certification in good standing, by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board desired.


POSITION: 

  • Provide initial and ongoing training and supervision of behavior technicians.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessment activities including functional behavior assessments, functional analysis, and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that meet the requirements of the funding sources and identify skill acquisition goals, behavior intervention planning, and caregiver training goals
  • Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
  • Organize, review, and maintain data collection for programs; 

Clients are served in Douglas, Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson, and Adams Counties so travel to these areas is required.

Behavior Technician

BS or BA (and RBT designation, or willingness to complete RBT training immediately upon hire) desired for this position.


POSITION:

  • Provide family sessions to support parenting skills and improve understanding of development, attachment, stress, and the impact of early childhood experiences; 
  •  Implement treatment/teaching plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills; 
  •  Collect data for program development and assessment; 
  •  Assess client and family performance and adjust as necessary; 
  •  Work effectively with staff members, contractors, families, and other providers
